Account Executive - Ad sales

Overview
InfluAds is a small startup changing online advertising toward simplicity and meaning. We are enhancing the normal user experience by removing the clutter usually associated with ads, trough micro-niches, strong curation and one simple but very premium ad per page.

We are now looking for a new member that can drive our Sales efforts.

About you
You may have the opportunity to join a startup in it early stage and lead a mission-critical section of the company. You are a natural sales person driven by closing deals and objectives.

You are also expected to influence the evolution and DNA of InfluAds by contributing toward the development and validation of our business model.

We are currently open to some flexibility:
  • Full-time or part-time according to candidate's availability
  • Remote work (US focus may be a plus)
Experience/skills
  • BA/BS
  • Experience and knowledge on the Online Media Space (Digital Advertising a plus)
  • Manager of one
  • Structured and ability to meet sales objectives

Salary and ownership
InfluAds is currently bootstrapped and we want people that can join the cause, being in equal terms with other members.

The first 2 months are commission-based. We'll set together future objectives, maybe trough performance based warrants toward a strong equity scenario. We can discuss other scenarios for the right candidates.
